the Institute of Philosophy of the Jagiellonian University, the editor of Diametros – An Online Journal of Philosophy, with its seat in Krakow at ul. Grodzka 52, represented by WÅ‚odzimierz Galewicz,

henceforth referred to as the “Licensee”.

1. The Licenser declares that it has acquired the rights to the above work from the author by means of an agreement dated …………………………

2. The Licenser declares that it is the owner of the copyright to the above work in the degree covered by this agreement. In using the present work by the licensee will not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

a) by reproduction of the work in digital form,
b) by online dissemination of the work on the web site of Diametros.

2. The Licenser authorizes the Licensee to permit other parties to make use of the work for educational purposes, provided that the content of the work is not altered and that the name of the author is always given.

The present agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time.

The Licenser grants permission to change the original format of the document – without changing its content – as required to use the work for the purposes specified by the present license.§ 6 § 7

The present agreement has been concluded in two copies, one for each of the parties.
