Non-exclusive license agreement

henceforth referred to as the “Licenser”
and
the Institute of Philosophy of the Jagiellonian University, the editor of Diametros – An Online Journal of Philosophy, with its seat in Krakow at ul. Grodzka 52, represented by WÅ‚odzimierz Galewicz,
henceforth referred to as the “Licensee”.
§ 1
The object of the present agreement is the work entitled …..………………………………

§ 2
1. The Licenser declares that the above work does not infringe upon the rights of third parties and that it respects the rights of other authors.
2. The Licenser declares that he/she is the owner of the copyright to the above work in the degree covered by this agreement. In using the present work by the licensee will not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
§ 3
1. The Licenser grants to the Licensee the right to make use of the work specified in § 1 free of charge in the following ways:
a) by reproduction of the work in digital form,
b) by online dissemination of the work on the web site of Diametros.
2. The Licenser authorizes the Licensee to permit other parties to make use of the work for educational purposes, provided that the content of the work is not altered and that the name of the author is always given.
§ 4
Granting the license does not entitle the Licenser to remuneration.
§ 5
The present agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time.
§ 6

The Licenser shall deliver to the Licensee a copy of the work in electronic form.
§ 8
Two copies of the present agreement, duly completed and signed by the Licenser, shall be sent to the Licensee; the latter shall sign both copies and return one copy to the Licenser within 14 days.
